Well, first of all, to make it really good, you need to increase their efficiency and their speed so that instead of taking a half hour, it only takes about ten minutes to refill. You need some government work on research and development, working with the automobile companies to take advantage. The University of Michigan has a great program in this, but you need to have heat pumps developed so that they are more efficient. Government can play a role in leading us in that direction.
