One of the reasons why I think that we have to streamline governmental operations and it's also matters in building homes, building commercial centers is because You have to have streamlined permitting and planning in these regions of our state. so that the counties have a sound strategy of what roads need to build, what improvements need to be put in, where the state plays with local government in order to sure that's accomplished so you can actually have more efficient transportation networks.
