The loss ratio with these insurance companies is coming down. The governor made an announcement, I believe it was six weeks ago or so about citizens insurance. Citizens announced, I think it was like an 8 to 10% rate reduction in citizens policies. That's a wonderful thing. The only way they were able to do that is because the litigation costs are down because of tort reform that happened a couple of years ago in the legislature. (26:03–26:09)
