It's, it can't be that. It has to be real transparency. It has to be an open system where people can see the real costs and take advantage of them. This is why President Trump has been pushing so hard on most favored nation status. And I agree with him because with where we are in the world today, why are we subsidizing the pharmaceutical cost for every other country in the world? Why are we doing that?
