So sticking on the same theme here, we're going to continue talking about debt. My city, from 2006 to 2026, our levy's only gone up 11% because of that really small net new construction number. But The actual amount that we've levied people because of debt service has actually doubled in 20 years. So we're now at a point where the debt service is about half of, well, not half. It's probably close to 40% of what our taxpayers are paying every year. (09:58–10:04)
