Why would we do this? Why would we try to make it look like our kids can read when they can't? And Some kids who are now who would have been eligible for tutoring are not going to be eligible. but they still can't read well enough. And then as I was running, it popped into my head that I should run for state superintendent. I have never run for office. (08:52–08:57)
