It is essential that this Congress and the administration work together to maximize the benefits and limit the costs of our nation's trade policy. We must deliver greater certainty and economic stability for American consumers, American workers and American families. And specifically, Trade policy should prioritize strengthening relationships with our allies rather than increasing reliance on our adversaries.
