And our priority is to ensure that any long term economic gains which the American people and workers could achieve in a more balanced trade environment are not undermined by our economic competitors and their unfair trading practices. It is essential that this Congress and the administration work together to maximize the benefits and limit the costs of our nation's trade policy. We must deliver greater certainty and economic stability for American consumers, American workers and American families.
