This is clearly not about immigration enforcement. It's not about safety, as I've said repeatedly. This is about terrorizing and dividing communities. This lawsuit is another effort to provide some real check and balance to [the Trump] administration. We've used many different tools, as you know, executive orders, legislation, and, of course, litigation. What this lawsuit will do, it will ultimately help us strengthen and codify the executive orders that we put in place. (01:55)
