Few of the projects that are underway here. I'm wondering how we balance that. How do we balance investing in downtown and investing in neighborhoods? Yeah, it's a great question. So PSI Quantum Southeast side of Chicago, a working class community where the steel mills once existed. No investment there in 30 plus years. Now we have an entire campus with a new form of technology that's going to, you know, attract more business there. Same thing in that same neighborhood of hospitals being built. (11:30–11:40)
