We can't have the rules of law in our state changing every time the majority on the court changes from conservative to liberal or the other way. We have to have that stability. So We should be very reluctant to throw away precedent that has come to be part of our law. So is that an issue you would stand up against? Because there's the potential there that, you know, things could come before you that someone will say, let's shop a new proposal in front of a conservative leaning court. (16:51–16:58)
