I mean, It's going to be difficult to bring a case now to say somehow that process was improper. Well, that's why I want to ask you about that, because you remember Justice Bradley, when the case was brought before her, said, look, everybody, quote, everybody knows that the reason we're here is because there was a change in the membership of the court.
