So I do not believe in a one size fits all top down solution. But I do believe that The state of Wisconsin should be more active as far as providing resources back to communities like La Crosse. Thank you. I definitely agree with keeping it more local. One unfortunate thing that we see among some of the homeless community is that they choose to be there or there may be mental health issues.
