May it be with Salvation army or Lutheran Social Services or Catholic Charities, they're doing good work and I think that we need to build upon the work that they are doing. So I do not believe in a one size fits all top down solution. But I do believe that the state of Wisconsin should be more active as far as providing resources back to communities like La Crosse.
