The $11 billion we're spending on policing, we're not getting our money's worth. So that's one area I would like to take a good hard look at. And I think it is probably time to end the 421A tax break program, which is $1.5 billion a year we spend for too little in return to new private development that in many cases doesn't even meet its affordable housing commitments. And then the comptroller has a watch list of agencies, and that includes Department of Homeless Services, nycha, Corrections. Those will all stay on my watch list. (21:18–21:35)
