I can see it going up right now. About 8,000 units of housing, 3,000 of them genuinely affordable. The low income and working class families. The public housing nearby is renovated. And As comptroller, I've invested in the creation and preservation of more units of affordable housing than all the past controllers put together. So that's the kind of housing leadership I'm going to bring to City Hall. We're going to build a lot more housing at all incomes, but with a real focus on housing that's actually affordable for low income and working and middle class families. (03:21–03:30)
