Well, so we're, we're actually facing a staffing crisis at the PD. So right now the budgeted head count is 35,000. But today we only have 33, five and 4,000 officers are going to hit their 20 years when they can retire this year. because 2005 was a number of a lot of hire. So if they all go, we're going to be over 5,000 officers down from headcount. Now that's a big driver of overtime. (18:22–18:28)
