Now you can sidetrack that or get around that by the so called reconciliation process, but it doesn't, I think the system doesn't make a lot of sense today where Legislation that is supported by 70 or 80% of the country is thwarted because of this [filibuster] rule. So I think there's a way to design a rule that the minority in the Senate, Democrat or Republican depending on when it is, can still have a long time to make their case against legislation where they want to stop it.
