On what's going on right now, I think you're seeing that the census was, I've got a bill actually that, that would have us redo the census with. It's been admitted that there was a lot of miscounts and where those miscounts were were In Republican states we were undercounted. And in large blue states, they were over counted. And so already I would argue that there's a disparate number of seats that should have been held by Republicans that are now in Democrat hands simply because we miscounted the census. (05:40–05:47)
