It's going to take some sense sensibility in the Senate to get the bill kicked back out. I don't think Democrats recognize what a gift horse was given to them with a clean CR that they Democrats [in the Senate]... had already voted on [the clean CR] a number of times, over a dozen times. This was a spending bill that set was set levels during the Biden administration.
