I think the GOP has actually got the filibuster exactly where they want it right now, which is You can cut taxes for rich people, you can confirm U.S. supreme Court justices without a filibuster, but for anything that brings down the cost of childcare, it can be filibustered. And so there's a huge battle over that. I think that ending the filibuster allows you then to pass an actual program, I think alongside making sure everyone can get healthcare and bring down costs and make life more affordable.
