I want to thank everybody for coming today. Listen, it's a tough world out there for Kentuckians and Americans. We cannot sustain $4.28 per gallon with the way that we travel. There are Some studies suggest that Kentucky is getting hit fourth or fifth hardest in the nation by [the gas price] increase. And as governor, I'm taking an action here today that some Democratic governors have disagreed with, that other Republican legislators or governors have agreed with. (19:41–19:48)
