And in Kentucky, we've been doing that by securing a record 50 plus billion dollars in economic development in our state and creating a record 70,000 new jobs. And not just jobs, but good jobs. Our average incentivized wage for a new job last year was almost $30 an hour, the highest ever. But still, even that wage growth isn't enough because of the decisions by the federal government. So today I'm taking steps to help our Kentucky families because it's the right thing to do. (02:38–02:45)
