“Today we have some good news about the success of 988 over the past four years and the help it's provided to Kentuckians. Since the launch of 988, counselors have answered over 155,000 calls. They've answered over 33,000 text messages and had 19,000 online chats just with Kentuckians. That's thousands of people supported. You know what? That's hundreds if not thousands of lives possibly saved. Team Kentucky has 14 in state call centers and the staff are remarkable.” (31:37–31:49)
