Unfortunately, some people who've been in office too long or some people, when they get elected to office, think they don't have a boss. I think they don't have to answer to anyone. I've always believed I answer to the people of Kentucky, and they deserve honesty and transparency. If we as elected officials all believed in that, we wouldn't need that type of rule.
