And I do, Pat, also want to talk a little bit more about the apprenticeship program because it is wildly popular here in Wisconsin and it has expanded significantly over the last five years. We've been breaking records in terms of numbers of registered apprenticeships, numbers of youth apprentices, and a record number of employer partners. in a record number of new career pathways.
