And I do have to say two quick things just about the progressive history of our wonderful state. Wisconsin was the first state in the nation to pass both a state run unemployment system back in the 1930s. We were also the first state in the nation to have a constitutionally valid workers compensation program. and the first state in the nation to pass a state apprenticeship program all the way back in 1911.
