Well, let's start with, I hear there are some changes at CMS in terms of how it's structured and how it's working. Can you share some of that with us? So We announced that we're creating a new department at CMS called the Office of Health Technology and Products. And it's a way to really create a center of gravity at CMS for technology. We're at this amazing place where technology has all this capability and traditionally at CMS and at many places in the government, it's split into all the different centers. (02:03–02:11)
