I think CMS really needs to be the foundational infrastructure tool so that the private sector can really take off. So as we talked about, the provider directory we think is a big part of that. So Right now you can't really find where all the data is. So if you're going to figure out how to connect with providers, you don't know an easy place to find what networks they're in or what their fhir endpoints are. (1:00:17–1:00:21)
