And they're effectively telling us in this moment we're going to continue doing that so you can reach an agreement with us. We don't intend to honor it. So We are insisting on language in future funding bills...that provides some guarantee that the funds...will remain funded. funds that we achieve to support our constituents will remain funded and that that those programs will continue. So that's a big part of what we're fighting for in this bill. (05:57–06:13)
