And even if we're not able to get legislation accomplished in this session, if the majority changes in Congress, we will need a whole new host of rules to prevent this kind of capriciousness in the future that you talked about. I introduced a bill last session that passed, well, it was a couple of sessions ago, passed with a Democratic majority in the House. I've reintroduced it in the Senate. It's called the Protecting Our Democracy Act. It essentially tries to rebuild a lot of the guardrails of our democratic society that have come down. (14:23–14:32)
