It's for homeowners, too. There are a lot of black homeowners who have built stability only to have it snatched away from them because of deed theft. So We've created the first Office of Deed Theft Prevention. And I want to acknowledge council member Chi Ose, whose leadership really paved the way for that. (10:32–10:35)
