Yeah, I mean, I think there frankly do need to be larger scale changes to zoning in New York City. We do need to do away with a requirement to build parking lots when we build housing. We, we do need to have the ability to build greater density around transit hubs and wealthier neighborhoods that have not contributed to affordable housing do need to be up zoned so that there's more housing built there.
