And so often you hear from these developers saying that, you know, landlords can't afford a rent freeze, but then you actually show them that. The Rent Guidelines Board did a study itself last year and found that landlord incomes were rising at twice the level of landlord expenses. There is room for relief for tenants, and if you don't want to give them that relief, you're asking a 82 year old senior to find more money for rent off of a fixed amount of Social Security.
