And ultimately that's a failure of city government in that we know these supermarkets are not going to be jumping in to help each and every New Yorker. And we actually have a program where The city's set to give those same supermarkets $140 million in subsidies. No guarantee that the groceries will be cheaper, no guarantee they accept SNAP or wic or that they engage in collective bargaining with their workers. So this proposal costs less than half.
