I don't think that it will resolve the housing crisis in and of itself. I do think it's important to, to allow for greater construction around specifically transit developments. Take away the parking mandate that has been a part of so much of New York City's zoning laws. Would you take away all the parking mandates or would you still leave the ones in place that were part of the deal? I think that all of them should have been taken away. (09:45–09:50)
