So aren't you afraid that heavy and new tax policy will add to the outmigration problems? So I agree with you in that outmigration is a critically important issue. I disagree on the reasons for why it's occurring. I think in studies that I've seen, it's working class New Yorkers who are disproportionately leaving at higher numbers because they can't afford life here. And after housing, the number one cost is childcare, because we have an annual cost of 20 to $25,000 a year. (06:52–07:00)
