The People of New York 13 want to know that they have a congressional representative that is willing to fight for them in the face of living in the most expensive city in the United States of America. It's one of the poorest congressional districts across the country. And so much of what we saw, the fear mongering, the blatant racism, it was an attempt to distract from the fact that Dariel Issa would deliver on exactly that vision for those same working people.
