The number one thing is cost of living. The number one thing is to make the city affordable. And the number one cost in New Yorker's life when they're thinking about that is housing. About two and a half million New Yorkers live in rent stabilized housing across New York City. Their rent increases are set by the mayor. This mayor has jacked their rent up nine percent.
