We do this on the federal level in the small business and administration. I think we can do the same thing here. We have industrial areas in this city that are sandwiched in between residential areas. They no longer serve that industry's purpose. We can convert that to residential. And I think in our public housing stock, we have a lot of land that can be utilized in conjunction with our NYCHA residents. (19:57–20:06)
