If you have already agreed that you need the help, you need the support, you want to get into permanent and supportive housing, and the city has those vacancies right now, New Yorkers have to ask themselves, why aren't people being connected? Right now that number is close to 1,000 of people who know that they need the help have been identified and the vacancies exist. So I want to change that dynamic.
