We have since seen some other states do the exact same thing and make it a little stronger, most recently in Pennsylvania and Connecticut. And people are using the law right now in this state. If you go into Westchester county, There are a group of Latino voters utilizing this law [John R. Lewis Voting Rights act of New York] to say, we have never been able to elect anyone that looks like us to the town board. And this is a town that has existed for 200 years and they are using this law to help change that. And that was the reason that we passed it. (18:27)
