And a couple of years ago, when I decided to get serious about getting my own therapy and dealing with my own trauma and working through my own mental health, I had an incredibly difficult time finding a therapist. It took me months and months and months to find someone that was going to be I think suitable for the needs that I had. And I have every resource at my disposal.
