Well, look, I think that we need an all of the above solution when it comes to mental health because we are seeing real challenges. I think that when we're talking specifically about our mhis, I know that There is a consent decree that the Department of Justice and the federal government is working on with Department of Human Services here in the state of Iowa. And so that is going to have to be a part of the equation as well. But I do think that when it comes to mental health, unfortunately, it's another illustration of where we are with the Reynolds workforce crisis. (24:56–25:05)
