It's an issue that affects urban Iowa, rural Iowa and everything in between. But unfortunately, I don't think we've seen a lot of appetite for that from the current majority. I know that Governor Reynolds recently announced an investment in water quality projects using American Rescue Plan money. Of course, I always like to remind people that Governor Reynolds campaigned against the American Rescue plan, but now she's trying to take credit for it. (11:23–11:29)
