And what I will tell you is that a lot of these farmers are frankly, just as trapped in this system as the rest of us. Because the current approach to agriculture in this country does not really work for most farmers. It works great for the big businesses and some of the biggest corporate farms, but not for the vast majority of Iowa farmers. and certainly not for our community. And that is why we need to make sure that we are investing in conservation programs that actually work, that we are cracking down on the consolidation that we have seen. (57:55–58:03)
