And all over our state, in big cities, small towns and rural communities alike, Iowans can see that we have a government that is working great for the billionaires, great for the big corporations. But it is not working for us. That is why Iowans are speaking out against the cuts to Medicaid that are an existential threat to our rural hospitals and clinics.
