Published | Video Starts at 02:53

Article 15 of our Arizona state Constitution has defined that this role, the most important responsibility is to ensure that we are getting the best deal possible for our ratepayers for our Arizonans. And that is not what is happening under the current corporation commission. And I want to make sure that I am that voice for the consumers and I am there to protect all Arizona consumers and rate payers. (02:53–03:07)
