So what do I mean by that? Well, this was not the most democratic district, as all of you know. This was actually a district that Donald Trump won by about one point in 2020. We think President Biden will win this district in 24. If you look at the numbers now that registration has changed, where Democrats have a voter registration advantage, it probably already is a Biden district. (06:16–06:23)
