In our race, we know that we had a ten point turnout gap between Republicans and Democrats. So about 61% of registered Republicans voted and 50% of registered Democrats voted. And even with that ten point gap, I only lost to Calvert by about four and a half points. So 48 52 margin, roughly at the end of the day. And if you can get that close with a ten point gap in registered voter turnout, that is a very good sign for what happens in that presidential year with higher democratic turnouts. (05:14–05:19)
